I really enjoyed my stay at the Ascend Hotel. The room was clean and charming, perfect for resting after a long day. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of cool restaurants and the state capital. Staff members were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. However, the parking situation left much to be desired. The garage was tiny, and during peak times, finding a spot was quite the challenge. I opted for street parking, which was free on weekends but still felt a bit inconvenient. Also, the noise from the busy street made it hard to fully relax at night, especially since my room faced it. A little more soundproofing would help. Overall, a nice hotel but needs some tweaks for a better experience.
